When using PostPilot to automate your LinkedIn presence, you agree to:
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Provide valid API keys for the AI models you wish to use.
- Ensure all content published through PostPilot complies with LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies.
- Not use the service for spam, harassment, or spreading misinformation.
3. Service Limitations & Disclaimer
PostPilot is an AI-powered tool. We provide the infrastructure for content generation and scheduling "as is."
- AI Accuracy: We do not guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated content. Users should always review posts before publishing.
- Uptime: While we strive for 100% reliability, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party API outages (LinkedIn, OpenAI, etc.).
- Account Safety: Users are responsible for their LinkedIn account standing. Automated posting should be used responsibly to avoid account flags.
4. API Usage and Costs
PostPilot allows you to use your own API keys. You are solely responsible for any costs incurred from your AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). We do not markup or charge for AI generation tokens.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
